Q: I purchased something in the store, but I haven't received it in-game!
A: When you purchase something, it takes a little while for it to update in our store, and send the commands to our servers. It can take up to 5–10 minutes before your purchased content arrives. If it doesn't, get in touch with a staff member, and we'll get it to you manually!
Q: My payment won't go through!
A: If you are having trouble with getting your payment processed, then please wait a couple of minutes and try again. Should you continue to have issues with your payment then please get in touch with Tebex Customer Support as they handle payments on our behalf. You can create a ticket on their website by clicking here! If you still need help, feel free to get in touch with us on our Discord server.
Q: What payment method can I use to purchase something from the store?
A: We have a variety of payments methods available through our checkout, all the available options are presented to you when you proceed to checkout. The options that you see available to you are localized based on the country you are in.

Q: Are my details and information secure?
A: We use the latest and secure HTTPS protocol for every page you visit on our store and throughout checkout, keeping you completely safe throughout the transaction and keeping all your information completely confidential. We don't ever store your credit card information, passwords or other sensitive details.
Q: How can I purchase something for a friend?
A: When you first open the store, you'll be asked to enter in your in-game account name. Just put in your friend's name when asked and your purchase will be given to them!
Q: What happens if I charge back?
A: We take chargeback cases seriously, if you charge back a package, item or service that we offer on our store then you will immediately be banned by our automated web store. Charging back the funds for what you paid for is frowned upon everywhere, your name is added to a global blacklist within the Tebex network which in turn can result in you being banned from other stores, servers and purchasing from other games in the future.
